Ferguson and Hood Looking Good in Vegas

Labels: , , ,

Kentucky commit Dominique Ferguson played very staunch against a very big French Hoops team. The core group of 2010 five-star talent definitely played the part very well.

Ferguson scored from deep, drove to the lane, challenged the shot-blockers and finished with a hard earned 17 points. He hit the boards took it awfully personal on the offensive end when challenged by a number of big men. Already classified as one of the top players of 2010, Ferguson’s length mixed with athleticism was enough to get the wheels moving.

Ferguson’s Indiana Elite LNO colleague Terone Johnson was also exciting in triumph. The 6-foot-2 shooting guard from the class of 2010 posted 16 in the game. His recruitment is booming at the moment as he gave a long and inspiring list that consisted of Kentucky, Louisville, Indiana, Purdue, Marquette, Ohio State, Tennessee, Miami-FL, Butler and Cincinnati (offer).

Jon Hood had a big game today as his Nashville Celtics went toe to toe with the Oakland Rebels. The Celtics won the contest going away 96-66. Hood posted 20 points.

Also highly coveted offensive lineman Sam Simpson who attends Henry Clay in Lexington has said that in the next few weeks he will narrow his list in the next few weeks. With Jordan Whiting (Trinity) and Justin Greene (Male), two of the top 09' prospects in Kentucky committed to Ohio State, the local schools can ill-afford to whiff on Simpson.
